Melody smiled (for real) for the first time last week. It was 1:30am and she was wide awake. I wasn't, or didn't want to be anyway. But she was very much enjoying me shaking a big rattle toy for her and proceeded to smile! Since then she's been smiling for me all the time. Not so much for her mother though. :-)
